Business Development Executive (Female Preferred)

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients—introducing them to our services, generating leads, and helping us build lasting business relationships.
What You’ll Do
1. Make outbound telemarketing calls to potential clients and explain our services.
2. Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales/marketing team.
3. Maintain client relationships through professional and friendly communication.
4. Record call details, leads, and maintain sales reports.
5. Work closely with the marketing team to support outreach campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
1. Experience: Minimum 1+ year in telemarketing / business development.
2. Talented freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
3. Confident, energetic, and persuasive personality.
4. Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and/or local language).
5. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools if any).
6. Graduate/Undergraduate.
