Accounts & Office Administrator

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Accounts & Office Administrator to join our team! If you’re good with numbers, organized with paperwork, and have hands-on experience (or knowledge) in GST filing, we’d love to hear from you. Freshers with GST knowledge are also welcome!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.

2. Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

3. Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and petty cash.

4. Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and documentation.

5. Maintain employee attendance, office records, and administrative files.

6. Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and external agencies when required.

7. Support HR and management in administrative operations.

8. Respond to client queries, emails, and calls in a professional manner.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent.

2. Knowledge of GST filing is mandatory.

3. Proficiency in Tally, MS Office, and accounting principles.

4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

5. Good communication skills (verbal and written).

6. Freshers with GST knowledge and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
