Job Summary
ZOLLID is looking for a result-oriented Business Expansion Consultant to drive client acquisition, boost revenue, and support strategic growth. Candidates with experience in branding, digital marketing, or IT sales will be preferred. The role requires a proactive professional with excellent communication and market analysis skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in branding, digital marketing, or IT sales
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong understanding of branding services and B2B marketing
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Identify potential clients through research and networking
- Establish and maintain long-term client relationships
- Understand client requirements and offer custom branding solutions
2. Sales and Revenue Generation
- Promote ZOLLID services to meet sales and revenue targets
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and close deals
- Negotiate and finalize commercial terms with clients
3. Payment Follow-Up and Management
- Follow up with clients for timely payments
- Manage complete payment process until final clearance
- Document payment milestones and update internal records
4. Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct research to explore new business opportunities
- Track market trends and competitors strategies
- Share insights for strategic improvements
5. Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate with creative and operations teams for project execution
- Communicate client needs and feedback accurately
6. Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain detailed CRM entries for leads and sales activities
- Prepare regular performance and progress reports
7. Incentive and Performance Goals
- Work towards defined performance metrics and targets
- Ensure timely payment collection to qualify for incentives
8. Brand Advocacy
- Represent ZOLLID in industry events and networking forums
- Promote ZOLLID values and branding expertise in external interactions
9. Developing Growth Strategies and Plans
- Build and implement sales and expansion strategies
- Set revenue goals and forecast growth
10. Building and Maintaining Client Relationships
- Develop rapport with key stakeholders
- Focus on long-term client satisfaction and repeat business
11. Managing and Negotiating Contracts
- Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and timelines
- Finalize agreements in alignment with company interests
12. Analyzing and Reporting Performance Metrics
- Track sales KPIs and business outcomes
