Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing custom WordPress websites, themes, and plugins, with a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Website Development and Maintenance

2. Develop responsive and user-friendly websites from scratch using WordPress

3. Build and integrate plugins as needed

2. UI Design and Front-End Integration

Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces

Ensure consistent styling and layout across browsers and devices

Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness

3. Technical Support and Troubleshooting

Identify and fix bugs, errors, and performance issues

Provide support for ongoing maintenance and updates

Monitor website security and apply necessary patches

4. Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with designers, content teams, and project managers

Participate in client meetings or internal reviews when required

Translate client needs into functional website features

5. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain technical documentation for themes, plugins, and code

Report progress, challenges, and timelines to the team lead

Eligibility and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in WordPress development

Strong portfolio of live WordPress websites

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

Experience with WooCommerce and custom eCommerce functionality

Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg

Familiarity with SEO practices and site optimization

Strong understanding of UI design principles and user experience
