Job Summary

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in React.js, Express.js, database management, and Flutter. The ideal candidate should be a problem-solver with a strong foundation in modern web and app development. Knowledge of WordPress is a plus - or a willingness to learn.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Web & App Development

Develop, test, and deploy scalable web and mobile applications.

Build user interfaces using React.js and backend services using Express.js.

Work on API integrations, data models, and system architecture.

Develop cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.

2. Database Management

Design and manage MySQL/MongoDB databases.

Ensure data integrity, security, and optimized performance.

3. Collaboration & Problem Solving

Work closely with UI/UX designers, project managers, and clients.

Participate in project discussions, brainstorming sessions, and code reviews.

Translate client requirements into technical solutions.

4. Maintenance & Optimization

Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance for web and mobile applications.

Implement best practices in coding, version control, and documentation.

5. Learning & Adaptability

Be open to learning WordPress development and supporting web projects when needed.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and development trends.

6. Eligibility and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in full stack development. Freshers with excellent skills can also apply.

Strong understanding of React.js, Express.js, Flutter, and database management.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to WordPress and other new technologies.
